Registration Form

Instructions:

• Please complete the form below to register for the 19th Annual SFA²F Meeting, to be held in Santa Fe, NM from 20 - 22 May 2025. 

  • If you are a keynote or invited speaker or industry sponsor, please not use this form. Instead, you will receive a dedicated registration link from the organizing committee via email.  

• Select the number of each type of tickets required. Multiple tickets may be purchased using the same form.  

• Click the Register button. This will take you to another window, where purchaser and attendee details are entered.

  • Purchaser details are required and are automatically duplicated in the section for the first attendee. However, these details may be edited as needed, i.e., the person who purchases the tickets is not obliged to attend the meeting.

  • Please provide institutional (rather than personal) email addresses, if possible.

  • In the Location box, if you cannot find your country in the dropdown list, please type the first few letters of the country's full name (e.g., for USA, please type "United States.")

• If a ticket holder wants to op out of having their contact details and profile shared with other attendees via the Whova App, please uncheck the tick box at the bottom of the section for that attendee. Note that attendees that opt out will not receive a Whova meeting link and will not be able to utilize any of the event management or networking features of the App during or after the meeting.  

• If you are purchasing multiple tickets, attendee information may be re-populated from a previous entry to ensure consistency of information across attendees from the same organization. However, please provide a unique name and email address for every attendee, i.e., kindly ensure that duplicate entries are not submitted.
