Sponsorship levels and packages

A range of sponsorship  levels and packages are available, and packages may be customized to your needs. All benefits outlined below are included in the level of sponsorship you choose—i.e, there are no hidden or extra costs. 

All sponsorship packages include:

• Your logo displayed during the meeting (including in the meeting guide) and on our website (including on the Industry Partners page), from a few weeks prior to the an annual meeting (around March) until the end of the calendar year.

• Acknowledgment of sponsors in social media posts, printed, and/or electronic materials designed to promote the meeting.  

• An exhibitor page on the conference site on the Whova platform, and the ability to interact with attendees via the app.

• Access to the lead generation and capture capabilities via the Whova App.

• Full conference access (presentations, meals, events) for the number of sponsor representatives included in your package plus the option to purchase additional full passes at the standard industry rate of USD 300 each.
